Customer service incompetent to resolve simple billing errors

Offered 3 premium channels for free 3 months - then charged in next bill. Several calls to correct. Seems simple but Bill is never adjusted. Joining Directv in July seems to have been a mistake.  I have made more calls to Directv than I have ever made to ANY cable company.

all promotional items require you the customer to cancel at the end of the trial before billing starts, it states on your bill this is how it works, i made the same mistake with a 7 day free trial for ancestry

Hi. They offered me the free 3 months until Feb 2020 and then put the charge on the next bill. Doesn’t make sense
