Customer service issues

Hello I am emailing because I have e run out of options and am getting no resolution to my problem . I have purchased a large number of movies I have purchased to own approximately 39 movies I have a list from my bills and dates that were bought . After buying them they have not worked i believe the first time I called to complain was in Jan or feb tech support had a specialist come to my home and after he reset it and left it still didn’t work - due to having 2 full time jobs and having a family I did not call back because it’s a big process of being transferred to 3-4 ppl talking to supervisors and more transferring and I didn’t have time . I am a good customer my bills are alwAys outrageous one of the main reasons is because we buy movies to own as well as rent my bill alone for Feb was 411.00. I have paid a total of 931.16 since January and you have no problems collecting my money my issue is if I spent 517.75 on movies bought to “ own “ and they don’t work why is it a issue to get a credit I have called 5 -6 times on the the phone 3 plus hours just to get the run around. We will go to my last 3 calls 3/30/20 3 hour call set up a appointment for a service call on 3/31/20 after a supervisor finally got on the phone I was hung up on 3 hours in to the call and got no return phone call so no resolution , on 3/31/2 the tech guy came to my home he verified the movies didn’t work put it in his notes and told me his notes would be in the system to call again , on 4/4/20 I called the first phone call was 1 hour and 23 min I got no resolution after talking to several ppl and then was told I would get a call back when I was called back I was on the phone a additional 2 hr and 30 min ( that’s 4 hours ) the 1st lady couldn’t help me had issues with the 2nd person asked for a supervisor his name was Brian - He issued a $100 credit and a 21.99 credit the 21.99 was for being charged for the same movie twice the $100 he said was all he could due until tech support could resolve all resources he said he would transfer me back to tech support once they confirmed and put notes in that everything was done and the problem wasn’t fixed the further credits would then be given so I get transferred to tech support - Tech support went over the notes confirmed the tech guy came out and confirmed they weren’t working she said she was putting in the notes to billing that all resources to try and fix the problem had been done and to go ahead and credit me for the 24 movies that I bought and paid for yet don’t work that the issue on there end was done and with the notes in the system I would be connected back to billing and would no longer have to be directed back to them - ok so back to billing I’m sent the lady said she saw in the notes that it was 24 movies and needed to go back in and get the prices for the movies and add it up then got back on the phone and said she needed to transfer me back to Tech support I explained that I went through that process and was told at this point I wouldn’t have to talk to them again that she needed to read the notes she at that point hung up on me and never called me back. After 4 hours of being on the phone so I am extremely frustrated at this point . I purchased to own 18 movies at 21.99 5 movies at 16.99 and 1 movie at 14.99 totaling 495.76 towards that I got a credit for 100.00 so at this point I’m still owed 395.76 (the 21.99 credit was for a double charge that had nothing to do with the problem at hand ) my name is Jennifer, my account number my phone number and my billing address [EDITED per Community Guidelines] I’m hoping reaching out this way I can get this resolved

What exactly isn't working when trying to view a movie? Error message? What's your purchase limit?.
