Did not receive rewards card as promised
When I moved from Uverse to DirectTV back in June I was promised a $200 rewards card. So I called today, was on hold for 30 minutes and of course, there is no record of that promise in my account file. What is the process to file a complaint?

I was promised a 100 for internet. And then I changed from directv to U-verse. And am suppose to get a 200 card. They act like they don’t anything about the 10dollar one and I asked them to go back and listen to the phone conversation. They told me they can not do that. They I sent them the printing of the 200 one and still till this day have not seen anything. They advertise this stuff and then when it comes time to pay up they don’t know anything.
