different dates on paper bill vs online
i am wondering if others see same thing as i see, namely:
1)surf to att.com/myatt ... this takes me to »www.att.com/my/#/login
2)after providing my info, and logging in i get to »www.att.com/my/#/accountOverview
3)click on "see my bill" ... now i'm at »www.att.com/my/#/viewBill
here i see a problem because i see
"Select a bill period
Current bill Jun 28 - Jul 27" and "bill total for jun28-jul27 $xxx.xx pay by aug 17"
but down below that when i click on "view paper bills", then "open pdf"
i see "Monthly charges Jul 28 - Aug 27" that is on page 2 of the paper bill....
and "Total due $xxx.xx
Please pay by Aug 17, 2019" from page 1 of the paper bill...... this paper bill is correct, that is, the amount due on aug 17 is for service through august 27...on the "see my bill" link it is not correct because it states billing period for charges due august 17 is the previous period, namely jun28 thru july 27... i'm so sick of trying to explain this to csr's that just don't get it, surely someone out there knows who i can direct this to? maybe? please?
plus i think it would help to know if i am the only one seeing this behavior , or if it is most other customers too, ... thanks in advance , the (surely going)madscanner

Hey, @madscanner!
Thanks for reaching out. We'd be glad to help you get your browsing experience sorted out.
Have you tried clearing your Browser history, cache, and cookies, and switching browsers? In the meantime, you can check out Ways to pay your bill if you're having trouble doing that.
Let us know if this helps!

maybe someone that actually could look at their own bill(s) could please reply?
that would hopefully include you too, ATTCares.
i'm pretty sure that 2 different bill periods for the same bill/different viewing methods is not a browser issue.
or maybe someone that understands what it is i am describing at least could suggest a better way to word this? because it seems like all answers i get from anyone attached to att look right past my problem and on to checking my account status or having me check my computer for problems...
i just tried it with firefox, and i get same results.
and i've never gone to the att/billing site w firefox before... so no cache to clear there....after i log in, then click "see my bill" i see
Select a bill period /current bill shows jun28-jul27 and bill due aug 17 ,
while the view paper bill/pdf link further down the page takes me to my paper bill, which clearly shows the billing period is july 28 thru august 27 , bill due on aug 17
please re-read my question, it is not a question regarding my browsing experience.../
@ATTCares thanks anyways, ATTCares

iguess im really asking is ..to whom in ATT can i report this website/date range error? i need someone who understands the problem. HOPING TO GET ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT MY BILL IS NOT SHOWN CORRECTLY, AND HOPING TO GET IT FIXED, FOR MY SELF, AND POTENTIALLY EVERY OTHER ACCTHOLDER.
I DO NOT WANT just another standard generic response.... then nothing changes

Thank you for clearing that up for us, @madscanner.
We want to review your bill with you to improve your website experience. Reviewing your bills together will allow us to understand why both of your bills are saying they are due on the same day. In order to do so we will be sending you a PM, please respond at your earliest convenience. Talk to you soon!

still doesn't sound like you understand what the problem is ... the bill I just paid in August should be for account activity from July 28th through August 27th same as my paper Bill shows. But instead you website shows it's for account activity for the previous month this is incorrect fix your website
