Direct tv is a scam talk to attorney
we canceled our subscription Nov 12 Nov 14 and Dec 4. yes all 3 dates and again today Dec 31. they have yet to stop billing us. and come to find out they have the incorrect email and social security number on the account. I have recorded all phone calls for records and court if needed. I'm tired of this. we also have a disconnect letter from them. so what the heck. I have tried to return equipment but I have a letter stating the equipment was old and they did not want it back. More people need to jump on them for inconsistency and ripping the American people off. Contact your local government officials. I am along with all my paperwork and recordings if they dont stop this. please repost this to as many places that need be.

yes that’s exactly what I was complaining about. I was told no need to return Direct TV equipment & yes or you will be charged. Same thing with the old wireless router. So two different customer service reps give opposite answers? That is not acceptable actually it’s ridiculous. So if you don’t talk to more than one person & don”t return the equipment then BOOM here’s your $400.00 bill for not returning your equipment.
