DirecTV Compliment

After nearly 25 years of DirecTV service, I am cancelling my subscription.  Not for cost or service issues, but rather because I am moving overseas for my work.

In all the time I have been a customer I have had pleasant interactions with DirecTV staff, whether on the phone or the techs that have paid periodic visits for equipment upgrades.  And other than the occasional outage due to weather, I've had no issues with service uptime.

It is unusual to have had such a positive experience with any service provider, so I wanted to leave positive remarks.
