Directv Logs me out because cannot find my account

​I Have a DirecTV Account through AT&T. When i go to DirecTV to Watch Online, it accepts my ATT credentials but a message says "We Noticed that your account doesn't include TV service"  !!!!​

​It then automatically logs me out, so i cant even start an online help session !!!​

AT&T has sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is moving billing and the website over to them and have taken over the day to day operations.

No, there is an icon on the top of the page that looks like a square with lines in it (at least with a web browser) that is the DM.

Nearly 3 Weeks Later and this issue is still not resolved. I cannot log in to DirecTV.com, to even pay my bill or watch DTV online - it's a disgrace how poor customer service is. I cant even cancel, because to do that i have to log in !!!!

Make sure you have a separate login between AT&T and DirecTV. Otherwise if they are the same they might have to completely reset your login for it to work. You are not supposed to log into DirecTV with AT&T credentials now that they have partially split. Those that had a unified login before from when AT&T acquired DirecTV sometimes experience these issues.

Yes they needed to completely reset my Login, which in about 12 phone calls, (2 1/2 hours of which were today), no one has ever been able to. Customer since 2004, appalling service. I have just Called in and Cancelled DirecTV out of pure frustration, not because i don't like the product, such a shame.

There are both system issues and agents learning the ropes with the new co-owner taking over management. There are definitely challenges at this time. If over the phone they weren't able to reset the login, then a BBB complaint would have been the next option to send it higher.

Though watching online is a nice perk, the service is first and foremost by satellite. So I pesonally wouldn't stress about the online watching. But as you've already canceled, safe travels wherever you go from here.
