Directv Website through ATT

As a DTV customer for 30 years, I've never had so much trouble accessing directv as I do now. Since it was tied to my ATT account, I can't seem to UNTIE it even though I cancelled their internet service. I have trouble getting to the page, trouble getting to perks. I can't sign in direct, I end up in this huge loop of sending me back to ATT who sends me back and in the end, I never end up getting logged in. I can't log into Perks directly at all. It just says "something went wrong" and there is not a direct link to Perks on the ATT site for DTV.  If there wasn't an add for a sweepstakes via Perks I wouldn't be able to get there at all. So now I have to log into my ATT page to get to my DTV page and half the time, the information is wrong or not updated.

Are there any plans to fix this in the future?

You may have to call DTV unless DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM.  AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partners moved everything back to them and handle the day to day operations.

Thanks for sharing your insight, @shannon02. Hi,@rose2192. You must unlink your canceled Internet account to your DIRECTV account online. They are linked through the ATT website, not DTV. Is the above still the correct way to do that? And if I do, can I login through the DTV website directly then?
