Directv With Paramount plus

Correct. You can cancel the current subscription you have through Paramount Plus, and sign in with your directv login. You will no longer need to pay for it separately, it is included as part of your SHOWTIME add-on.

Q:I’m seeing a message that states my email address is already connected to a Paramount+ account. What does this mean?

A:This means that you currently have an active Paramount+ subscription, and are unable to link your TV provider.

If you prefer to stream via your TV provider, first make sure that your provider is supported.

Next, you’ll need to cancel your current Paramount+ subscription, wait until the end of your billing cycle, then visit paramountplus.com/link and follow the instructions to verify your TV provider account and start streaming Paramount+.

If your email is the same for both you need to cancel the subscription then wait until it expires before you can log into with your DTV login.  Just to make sure you have to subscribe to Showtime with DTV to get the included Paramount+.
