Directv/Att rewards card

I signed up with Directv/ATT 3 months ago and have not received my $100 gift card. How do I go about retrieving this?

You need to contact the Reward Center ....

Hopefully your order confirmation documents the correct rewards amount.

I was promised $100.00 rewards card + 1 year of Showtime to switch to DirecTV.  DirecTV was installed on 6-19-19.  Today is 8-2-19.  Is this a bait and switch fraud?  I have been calling AT&T for over a month and have racked up over 12 different phone numbers, all to no avail.   I use AT&T tor everything, Phone, Internet and TV.

you can cancel any time by calling them but you will be charged the early termination fee which is much more than your 100.00 reward card. your 2 months into a 2 year contract so that fee would be 440.00  22monthsX 20.00

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user, you might try using the contact us link at the bottom of the page and chat in with one of the specialist available, they seem to get things done pretty well
