Disconnect Directv

The Directv equipment was retuned via UPS on February 12, 2020 and received. We are still getting billed for service. We don't live at that address and the house has been sold. Any calls that I make are routed to payment issues and I'm put on hold forever. Yesterday, I hung up after an hour on hold.

AT&T does not prorate a bill.

For example, you cancelled on 2/10 but your billing cycle started on 2/8. You cancelled 2 days into the new billing cycle but are still responsible for the entire billing cycle, 2/8 to 3/7.

If you don't know when your billing cycle starts and stops, check you bill.
