Disney Now App Giving Error Code 033

Disney Now app lets me sign in but when we try to watch it says 0033: The customer is not authorized for the content requested.

I have the premium package and Disney is part of my Channel line up. 

I need help as I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still can’t watch.
