Disputed claim directv

I have been on hold for 45 minutes when the agent finally came online they hung up I am trying to get a disputed claim resolve it has been going on since November I have repeatedly and repeatedly sent correspondence called all to no avail. I am in the process of contacting an attorney if I cannot get some resolve or some kind of action by DirecTV this is the sorriest customer service I have ever encountered on any account. They will not return your call there are extremely long hold times and then for something like this to happen I have more things to do than to spend my time on holding for someone to try to resolve this account I am a loyal customer for over 25 years but I am in the process of trying to redo something because of the lack of customer service and the lack of anyone to try to resolve an account I have a technique to reach the loyalty department there is just no getting through without a hassle and a an extremely long whole time I need a agent to contact me and get this resolved ASAP in addition they are adding a late fee on a disputed claim and have been for the last four or five months that is illegal it is against the law they should know this and this should not be. I will continue to dispute the claim and if my service is interrupted because I pay my regular Bill if my service is interrupted for any reason I will file a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines).

This forum is not customer support. No one from Directv will contact you from your post here. Before consulting an attorney, try escalating to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If they can’t or won’t resolve, no one will.
