Double Charge from Directv on Credit Card Statement

Hello,

My wife and I were reviewing our credit card statement and noticed we have two seperate charges on our bill from DIRECTV for different amounts.  We only have one account with DIRECTV and only show our normal service charge on our account page we we logged in.  I have called customer service a few times to find out information on this second charge but no answer can be found to track this charge.  A helpful customer service rep did issue a refund for our February charge but it appeared again in March, April, and we will assume May as well.  I have have inserted a photo showing the two charges.  Please let me know how we can resolve this issue and hopfully receive a refund for the ghost charges we've accumulated.

Unfortunately, you have contacted a public forum and we are customers just like you. Therefore, we would be unable to find out how the charge happened and why. Perhaps another account was created in your name by a hacker. Another cause could be a general issue with payment. There are several possibilities. If a call to DTV does not resolve the issue, it would be time for a BBB complaint.
