Each time I log in, it requires me to create a new password
In the past 2 months, I have logged in three times. Each time I enter my password, the next screen says it appears I used a temporary password and requires me to enter a new one. Today, I tried 4 different new passwords, none of which it would accept. I was finally successful, but honestly don't remember now how I got there. The last effort required them to send a code to my phone. I finally had to close the internet tab and tried to log in again. Please help!!!!
