Early termination fee

I have spent over 10 hours the last three months arguing with ATT about an early termination fee that was incorrectly applied. How do I speak with somebody so I will not be wasting my time contacting ATT 100 times about my bill? This is sad and frustrating. I'm unsure of how ATT can hold you to any binding agreement without first disclosing said agreement and sending you a copy of the agreement. The way ATT does it's billing is shady.

Your new -Provider Should be willing to pay any early term fee -- Call and info them

I'm still with Directv. I somehow got put into another account.

If your Account -Was a Orginial D* account -Was it transfered to AT&T ? That is a normal thing

I canceled my acount, but was able to sign up for another account a week later. Really weird situation.

That Explains it! --the Account you cancelled are you sure That contract was complete --DO you have written proof  that it was complete -- Also How about the old Account number, You may just be in AT&T Hell for a lot longer
