Equipment return

Ok so I called to cancel . I was told I could return my 4 boxes and 4 remotes only. Do I return the wireless bridge also? And do I include the access card with the main box? 

The woman on the phone said I would get an email with instructions, I did not. She said I could put the items in a bag and bring to a fedex or ups store. She also sent me a return kit box that has no instructions. Was wondering if the bridge and card go in this box...???
