775 Error usually means that your dish has lost its power.
What DVR/Receiver model number do you have?
If you have a separate dish power supply (SWM Power Inserter), be sure that it's plugged in. Also check that all of your satellite cables are snug. If none of that helps, you'll need to call. Call Centers are slammed due to coronavirus staffing issues. Keep calling. Be patient.
