1. Please make sure your device is compatible with the ESPN app. 2. Try to clear cookies and caches of the device. 3. Uninstall and install the app to make sure you have the latest version of the ESPN app.

Finally spoke with a caring DirecTV tech agent who takes pride in her work,
she knew what to get this issue corrected, compared to others agents in past 2 weeks which was a waste of my time..all this agent did was resink myespn app. Simple..it worked..told how proud of her doing a terrific job..if I could give her a high rating I would be a 5 stars..
