False Advertising/Make a formal Complaint
Can someone please direct me to whom I should speak with or reach out to in order to make a complaint to someone who would actually listen and try to resolve this situation so no one else will have to go through with it again, because the customer service support on the 800 is no help at all, rude, load, and extremely hard to understand even impossible at times
SITUATION:
I was told about the Direct TV packages at the ATT store when I went to upgrade my phone. The package that sold me was the 185 channels that included both the NBA and NFL package to include the 2020 season for the NFL package for 69.99. That made me decide to change to direct TV however once they installed my equipment they put me in they ordered me the lowest package that does not even have ESPN. I have spent 2 weeks getting the run around with phone calls with them even calling me a liar (inderictly) they said that Direct TV would never offer the nba and nfl together and that I was lied to by the sales rep. Then I found the offer online, after holding for another hour they told me that offer expired in Nov 2018, to then be transferred to a manager and after holding for another hour the final verdict was that I purchased my equipment on 23 November and the package offer that was the only reason I chose direct TV did not take effect formally until 24 November and I was not eligible for it.
If anyone has any information or idea on who I can speak with about this PLEASE let me know

So what did the sales confirmation email contain? Att store reps are notorious for giving incorrect info about DirecTV promotions. My guess is that if the promotion wasn't available yet (at time of order) then they just set up whatever they thought might have been compatible without telling you. Always read the confirmation email.
