First Look Beta Testing acct not working
Hello. When my old team signed up for the First Look employee testing program, we were advised of 2 things:
- once testing finished, the Osprey stb was out to keep and continue using like normal
- the account would remain active as long as it was used once in 90 days; employment status wouldn’t affect the account status.
My acct stopped working on 10/31 and I’m trying to get ahold of someone to get it reactivated. I attempted to reach out to the team who generated the account to no avail. I spoke with Comp Account Audits and they verified the account had been closed and only the team who initiated it can reinstate the account. The agent also verified the email I have for that team is still active and in use.
Im at a point that I can’t continue without additional assistance or direction.

This is the DTV sat forum, the Osprey is for the DTV steaming service and they have their own forum. These are customer to customer forums so can't do anything about account problems.
