The website hangs on the "Wait a moment!" page and won't go any further. Fix this idiotic nonsense. Your website is and has been complete garbage that barely functions since you took over DirecTV. And good job making it so no one can contact you, either. Brilliant move. ***** If you can't handle this, then sell DirecTV to someone who can. ***** Fix your barely-functioning site so I can give you ***** money. I'm not going to pay you without logging in; you neanderthals would probably lose the payment. And no option for website issues on the forum choices, either, huh? Wow, you guys really want to hide in your caves ***** while nothing actually works. What a horrible company. Why don't you go offer all your customer data to the highest bidder [yet again], get out of the business, and leave technology to companies that are actually interested in it and can handle it. Ahahaha you actually have the phrase "you used a bad word" come up?! I'm floored; ***** I seriously wont be back to this page, ever. So, don't bother replying, just fix it. *****
