Fox now app limited viewing

When I try to watch live TV on the Fox Now app let's say for example Doctor Oz I'm not allowed to go in and watch and it gives me a note saying" some programs may not be available to you contact your TV provider for more information "  I am signed in with DirecTV in fact it will not let me watch any live TV please help
