How do i remove a fraudulent account in my name?

That submits it to the Identity Theft Team/Fraud Department.

It can take some time as they have to research the issue and it is first come, first served with any other disputes being handled.

Or are you saying you submitted the fraudulent account dispute before posting the question? If so, and it has been more than 2 weeks, I would call the number in your confirmation email. Otherwise, resubmit the dispute.
