Fraud

I am so tired of every time I have a service on my directv that I receive a follow up call from someone offering me an offer to receive 50% (percent) off of my bill for 6 months.. they have my account number, my address and evidently my phone number and the amount of my bill.. and when I block them they call from other numbers.. !!!  Please do something about this matter. I hope that some one really sees this.Thank you!

There isn’t anything Directv can or will do about those calls. How they are getting your account and bill information is concerning but still not anything Directv can do about it. Your best defense is to quit answering such calls. Answering them just leads to more calls.

How can any company stop someone anywhere in the world from calling,texting or emailing you?

Is it possible thatthey could start by helping customers by putting out a notice on our bills along with the other information or send an email to customers of this fraudulent activity so they will know what’s happening and we are not here fending for our selves against predators.
