Why is Directv allowed to open fraudulent commercial accounts in order to get Sunday ticket access to residential customers? Would YouTube tv have a case against them for this fraudulent practice?

Why is Directv allowed to generate fraudulent commercial accounts in order to get Sunday ticket access to residential customers? What would YouTube do if they knew? Could they have grounds to sue Directv?

If someone is lying about having a commercial account to get NFL Sunday Ticket you should report it.

I've heard stories of residential customers legally paying for a commerical directv account because they do not want to switch over to YouTube TV for NFLST.

DIRECTV doesn't seem to mind as long as a dealer is in charge of the account and it is kept in good standing.

Now, if something was fraudentally done as you state, then it becomes a problem. Although, I'm not quite understanding what you mean by directv 'fraudentally' generating commercial accounts. Please elaborate.
