Free HBO with Unlimited Elite

I am subscribed to HBO with my DIRECTV service and I recently changed to the AT&T Unlimited Elite plan. How long is it supposed to take to begin receiving the $14.99 credit?

We ask that you wait 2-3 billing cycles to see your credit on your bills. Not to worry, any months where the credit is not showing you will not be charged for. If you find a month without a credit please do not hesitate to reach back out to us. We are always here and happy to help.

if we just signed up for the Unlimited Elite plan, do I just add to HBO to my DirecTV plan so I can start using/receiving HBO?
