Genie clients cannot be added

Returned home to Arkansas after 3 months in Florida. Had DirecTV change locals to Florida for that duration. Had it changed back to Arkansas local channels upon return a month ago. All that works (except getting wrong area's commercials). But now none of the 3 Genie CLIENTS can be added to the network. I know the procedure, and I get a PIN to put in the remote client's wireless receiver, but it will not connect. Something has changed in the Genie main Receiver. Cannot reach DirecTV by phone. Any ideas?

Let's see if we can get your service back up and running, @BandJCarm.

We recommend that you make sure all connections are tight and secured. Here is more information on troubleshooting your Directv wireless Genie Minis.

OK, I have 3 clients, and they have not been touched since before we left. The connections are tight, and that is not the issue. Nonetheless, I have rechecked each connection and they are all very tight. That is not the problem. The problem is in the receiver's settings somehow.

I did restart the receiver. That did nothing for the other problem of having local commericals running on national channels from the wrong state. But I WAS able to re-initiate the clients in the Home Network. I do not know the difference, as this attempt was absolutely identical to the previous 30 times I've tried it. This did not occur from REFRESHING the receiver, as I still cannot get that to occur.
