Getting billing issue resolved
I have been billed for NFL package which I did not order. Direct has agreed that I did not purchase. They continue to bill for installment payments. I have talked with them at least 8 times and each time I am assured that it will be taken care of. But they continue to send me loate notices and add another installment. I am at a loss to what to do. It is frustrating to have to hold for an our while you wait on a representative. Any suggestions on how to get results.
