GREAT Customer Service
We have been with Direct TV for 15 years. Today is the first time we have EVER got really good customer service trying to lower our bill.
I spoke to Melisha agent ID MN503C - she was WONDERFUL. She was PLEASANT, easy to understand, HONEST, and helpful in lowering our bill back to a reasonable level in MINUTES. I did not have to WAIT on hold or be transferred 5 times. To say the least, ATT/Direct TV needs to retain her whatever the cost. She also noticed we are not using WIFI to get more options. Just wow!
