Hit Another Brick Wall I See
AT&T deducted almost $400.00 from my bank account then DISCONTINUED my service because DIRECT TV CLAIMS I OWED ALMOST $600.00 .I have called and bebated for 2-3 hours at a time and written dispute letters for the past 2 years and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION! DIRECT TV SENT ONE OF THEIR INSTALLATION TECHS TO MY HOME IN 2017 WHO TOLD ME THAT HE COULD NOT DO THE INSTALLATION DUE TO THE AREA I LIVED IN, APPARENTLY THIS GENIUS WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH A COMMISSION AND NOT MY CREDIT SO HE DID NOT REPORT THIS TO HIS OVERSEERS WHEN HE RETURNED BACK TO HIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND UNBEKNOWNST I WAS BEING CHARGED MONTHLY ANYWAY! I OPTED TO USE SPECTRUMS SERVICE IN WHICH I STILL HAVE TODAY, FAST FORWARD,
I MOVED A YEAR LATER AND ATTEMPTED TO GET SERVICE AGAIN AND DUE TO THE WOODED AREA I MOVED TO I STILL COULD NOT USE DIRECT TV OR WHATEVER AT&T CABLE SERVICE I TRIED TO GET AGAIN IN 2018. I AM A VERY RESPONSIBLE ADULT AND HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING MY BILLS BUT I WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED AND UTILIZED, THEY CAN NOT EVEN FIND ANY CONTRACT I'VE SIGNED NOR ACTIVITY ON ONE OF THESE BOXES I AM BEING CHARGED FOR BECAUSE I NEVER HAD THEM AND THE CSR'S KEEP GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND AND GOING BACK AND FORTH TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN'T FIX THIS PROBLEM! I HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL AT&T CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND MY WHOLE SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELED all because DIRECT TVS UNPROFESSIONALLISM. THE ISSUE IS NOT WITH ME ITS WITH THEIR INSTALLATION TECH. THIS ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE ZEROED OUT OR WE WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE IM NOT ABOUT TO PAY A BILL THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO ME! POINT, BLANK, PERIOD! THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN UP WITH YOUR TECH THAT INITIALLY CAME TO INSTALL THE SERVICE BUT NEVER DID! I DID NOT HAVE THEIR SERVICE!
