How can I change my channels packages online?

I used to be able to see what I have and make changes on the website (IE: add a sports package or drop HBO) but the add/remove channels link appears to be dead now and has been for quite some time.

Is there any way to do this online? I imagine there has to be. I really want to avoid calling them if I can.

AFAIK you have to call to remove premium channels.

You should be able to add and remove even premium channels online. Though sometimes the changes cannot be performed online because of suspicious activity or simply the need to verify the account over the phone.

EDIT: It looks like there is an outage regarding changing channel premiums. Should be fixed soon..
