How do I claim my reward card?
I visited the AT&T Reward Center to claim my reward using my account number, but I got: "We're unable to find a reward with the information you provided". I understand that an email (or letter) will notify me when my reward is ready to be claimed within 6 weeks of service activation. I have had my service for close to 8 weeks. Can someone please help. Thanks!

Good luck! I’ve been waiting over a year!!! I’ve actually been promised by supervisors that they will take care of it. I’m finding out this company is really good at lying 😫
