How do I get this collection out of my credit?

I have a collection report that was posted or open in July 07,2020. I have not gotten Direct TV

I don't use cable or none of those things. What could I do or who could I reach out to get this collection out of my credit.

Dispute the item with the credit agency in writing. That will force a verification of the debt.

 

If you feel that a fraudulent account was opened with ATT, contact their Fraud Department at 877-844-5584

 

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm EST

• Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

• Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
