How do I purchase online?

The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. Each time I get a 'validation errors' message and your website never lets me complete the purchase. I tried with three different credit cards on each device and still no luck. I tried contacting your via chat, but you still could not help.

I do not want to call in. Please help me purchase onilne.

Hi Rizza, that did not help. I'm now getting a message that says "Oops! Something went wrong! Please try again later." Been saying that since yesterday. Any other help is appreciated. I'm using Chrome with no ad blockers. I cleared my cache, and got the same message.

Reset my modem and router and tried using the incognito tab. Still did not work. 

I do not use a VPN. Never had a problem with signing up for YoutubeTV or Sling. 

I noticed that I was charged a dollar from ATT on one of my credit cards…

Tried logging in through my laptop this morning, still no luck. Still get the same message "Oops! Something went wrong! Please try again later."

Well you do now. I tried calling in a few days ago but was on hold for over 10 minutes and gave up. You can call me if you'd like. I'm pretty sure you have my number it's tied to this same email address.

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV a few years ago then sold the rest late last year with the closing in Oct.   Sorry DTV rarely calls you.
