How to I file a complaint with the Legal Department?

I have been trying to resolve an ongoing issue with DirectTV since May of this year.  DirectTV has refunded $500 to my credit card, but still owes me close to $2,000 - as a result of billing me for Services I never had. 

The notes in the system are very detailed, and I have spoken with 10-12 different reps at DirectTV.  Each time I've been told the matter was escalated to the Finance Dept.  It has been 6 months, and the Finance Dept has never once responded.

On advice on my attorney, I have tried calling the Legal Department several times.  When my call is transferred, the greeting says something to the effect of "You have reached the DirectTv Legal Department, please try again later", then hangs up on the caller???

My attorney is asking for the direct email address for your legal department?

File a complaint with the BBB.

It is not "our" legal department. This is a public forum of other customers.

If over the phone is not resolving the issue, your next step would be a BBB complaint as that goes to the corporate level. DirecTV does not do support by email, so any such addresses are for internal use.
