I am prevented from signing into my ATT account

Regardless of how I try to access ATT, I keep getting a message : oidc.idp.cloginATT.com took too long to respond.

How can I sign in to ATT without getting this message? I never heard of this site.

That’s the ‘authentication’ URL/server of AT&T. Where are you trying to login, at att.com or DIRECTV.com? What are you currently using to sign into your account? (OS and web browser) Have you tried a different browser? Are antivirus programs turned off, are you using a VPN, or are ad-blockers/similar website safety programs enabled? 

Does this happen on a different device like your tablet or phone?

I have tried both ATT.com and DirecTV.com.  As for the other questions you pose, I am fairly new to using my computer and am old (74) so I simply do not know how to respond. I know you are trying to help me, but I'm lost.
