I can't login and I need my account number

It keep failing login

Your account number is on your monthly bill. Otherwise, are you getting any error codes or anything signifying to you that it is indeed ‘failing’ the login? Have you tried logging in a different browser or different device? What happens when you login to the DIRECTV app on a phone or tablet, does that work?

If you continually have issues, call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot. That’ll send you to an agent who can assist.
