Contact DirecTV before service is interrupted to see if you can get a payment arrangement. Remember this does not avoid late fees, only pushes back the interruption date.
If already interrupted then your only option is to pay balance in full to get service back on.
As we are customers like yourself, we cannot call DirecTV for you.
So call DTV and I think you can do it by logging into your account now.
