I need to change my package to the cheapest
I have a plan that supposed to be $65/month however every month its $95.60 with no way to get to the detailed itemized fees online to see how the $30+ are factored in. Yes, I know i can call and ask for a walk through of my bill and they can tell me anything without a paper trail, but why isn't detailed billing available online.
I've been a customer over 10 years, is there a cheaper plan available like bare bones service? All I care about is tv-reception capability really. I need to reduce my package due to economic situations or will be forced to switch to Dish or some other service to get the "new customer" discount.

Family is the lowest package available and you need to call to get it.
