I was told I’d get a visa reward for my direct tv and nothing has shown up.

I was told I’d get a visa reward for my direct tv and nothing has shown up. Tried to look up with account and says invalid. How do I claim it? Is there a way to get the claim number? Will only pull up my wireless which has no rewards.
