iPhone cannot access starz

I have a subscription to STARZ.  Can access STARZ on TVs, but not on iPad or iPhone. 

have talked with DTV for days weeks and no resolution. Advice is welcomed.

Hi @garygga, we're happy to help!

Since STARZ channels are working on your TV, Let's download the STARZ app or reinstall it by following these steps:

Uninstall App:
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App .
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

Reinstall App:
From a Home screen, tap App Store and look up for STARZ App(

Besides STARZ, cannot access ESPN, Showtime and many others on iPad Apple TV iPhones fire cube and any mobile device.

Please make sure the devices are updated and you are logging in using the same credentials used to access DIRECTV app or account.

Also for you can get access to that programming it is necessary to download the respective app of each channel/network. In this way its necessary to have the STARZ app, ESPN app, SHOWTIME app, and the same with each channel/network you want to get access from your mobile devices.
