Issues with Ballysports firestick and Roku apps.

Can view on pc just fine using directv login. Firestick has this error "there is an issue playing this video, either you are not entitled to this content or there is error playing it. Pleae contact support at help.bally.com" after I try watching a regional sports game. I deleted and reinstalled app. I also did a factory reset for firestick. The roku close out and go back to home screen.
