Late fees for accounts that are a few days past due
So we all know what the entire world is dealing with but you're still charging late fees for accounts that are a few days past due. In my case I'm in the military and I work everyday like millions of other people. I simply forgot and Directv is so greedy they just pulled another $4.25 out of me for nothing. I can't imagine someone else not in my shoes having to pay your (Edited per community guidelines) late charges. Shame on you. Thanks a lot Directv.

they are waiving late fees for cell and home internet essential services, entertainment is not considered essential therefore its business as usual you get a late fee, and they are turning off services for non payment same as every other tv provider
