Live Chat Not Available?
I have an issue with the DirecTV portion of my bill randomly jumping up an extra $20/month when I was supposed to be on promo for 12 months (the promo was correctly applied for 7 months). I have the chat transcript from the agent who applied the promo saying the specific price and that it would be 12 months.
Anyway, it's reasons like this that make me want to chat with a live agent and save the transcript. I would prefer to chat rather than to call but I am not seeing anywhere there is a live chat anymore. Is this feature no longer available?

All CSRs are on the phones due to staffing shortages from Covid-19 closing call centers and the preventive measures needed, leaving none for chat.
