Looping redirecting when signing into DTV

Frustrated. Can not access ahowntime or showtime anytime because can’t sign into DTV account!! Sign in response is redirecting (nonstop). I can watch DTV with no problems but can not see my account ! 

Hours and weeks with DTV. Told outage in my area. Weeks? Really? Says they can see I have showtime but I can’t access it on my tv, phone or computer. 

please help me!!!!
