Lost channels

My DVR was replaced this morning and now I'm missing channels Lifetime, History etc.

I was told by a representative that I could come to this site and get them back with no cost.

How do I do that?

Not sure why they would tell you to come here. What message do you see when you tune those channels?  You might just need to refresh your subscription authorization .... www.directv.com/refresh
