Lying customer service Reps
When we got out installation for direct tv we where told by the guy that we would not have to pay for the receivers and we would have a cheap first bill. We where told my multiple customer service reps and installer that we would not have to pay the recievers and even have an email from chat saying we wouldn't have to. Our first bill was over $400+ but yet the chat with customer service said only $50 and we have proof of that chat. We have talked to over 7 reps and each in the end saying we don't have to pay for them. 3 reps who where supposed to email us proof of the chat and the new adjusted price but they never did. They just kept lying to us. It's very unprofessional and disrespectful. I mean for being new customers we have never been treated with such dishonesty and I work in customer service so I know. Do you guys even listen to your reps discussions. Since we do have proof of the chat and then still getting the price of the ridiculous bill we will be going to bbb and higher up. If you can't hold your employees accountable for their actions then how do you expect customers to stay with you. Had better respect for Comcast and much better service. Oh and fyi after 2.5 months still no $100 gift card. Lol scam to get customers. We will not be paying for the outrageous service since your reps still keep giving us the run around and even after asking to be transfered to supervisor we never got to one.
