Kindly know that the service will be suspended once the date for the payment arrangement is due and the payment hasn't been processed. Please meet us in a DM, and we'll check on your payment options.

DTV doesn't have collection agents if the account is closed for non payment DTV will sell it to a collection agency.

Shannon- thanks for your response. My question was asked because I have a payment arrangement scheduled for 11/6 (Saturday). I am unable to make the payment until Monday. I called in to speak to someone who said they are unable to adjust the arrangement. So I was wondering if I would lose service as early as the next day. I got different answers from the 2 agents I spoke to, so I called a couple more times just to see what they told me. I got 4 different answers from 5 different agents (1 answer was given twice). So I trying to figure out what is the correct answer

Payment arrangement extends out the date the payment needs to be posted by to avoid service interuption. As your arrangement is extended to Saturday the 6th, then by Sunday the 7th your account should be suspended for non-payment. Once that happens, you must pay balance in full to restore service.
DirecTV's system counts billing all 7 days of the week.
