Movie Purchased

I purchased a Movie on 02/11/20, Frozen II for $22.99, and it has disappeared from my purchases. I was told just to click on the movie, and I would not be charged again. I have selected the movie on 03/26/20 and 03/31/20 and was charged $5.99 both times, which I should not have. I need someone to explain to me why I have to rent when I have already purchased. I need to be refunded the two recent charges and someone tell me why my purchased movie is not staying in my purchases.

I was billed and paid for Frozen 2 in February, and I have been billed 3 times in March for the same movie, I need to have my account credited. Is anyone from Direct TV monitoring this? I have called 3 times, and still has not been fixed. Guess I will have to call a 4th time, if this is not fixed, I am going to close my account.

I’m having the same problem This morning with Frozen 2! And if it were easy to get in touch with Direct TV help center I would have done that except I’ve been on hold for an hour
